About the Role

Scooter's Coffee - - Responsibilities: Ensure consistent and quality customer experience by executing brand beverage recipes and techniques, resolving customer relations issues, and leading the team in delivering the Scooters Amazing customer service experience; Maintain speed of service standards during high-volume periods by staying calm, managing an efficient team workflow, anticipating customer needs, and utilizing downtime to prepare for the next rush; Assist the Store Manager in onboarding and training new team members; Develop effective working relationships with team members, identifying individual motivation factors and providing clear, constructive feedback to reinforce/improve performance; Proactively seek opportunities to increase individual and team sales
