About the Role

Ross Stores - - Responsibilities: Lead scheduling and supervision of all non-exempt Associates to meet business objectives; Communicate variances to Company standards to the Store Manager and manage adherence to policies; Responsible for payroll administration including daily punch edits, scheduling compliance, and payroll reporting as needed; Assist in recruiting, hiring, training and developing non-exempt Associates; Supervise and coach Retail Associates to provide efficient and friendly service at registers, customer service desk, fitting rooms, and sales floor
