About the Role
O'Reilly Automotive - - Responsibilities: Lead the store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers; Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure staff execution of service programs; Assist the store manager in hiring, setting goals, and providing coaching/mentoring; Perform store opening/closing duties including day end procedures and deposits; Ensure merchandise is invoiced and processed correctly and manage transfers and returns as needed
