About the Role
O'Reilly Automotive - - Responsibilities: Lead the store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers; Work with the store manager to ensure the retail sales counter is adequately staffed during peak hours; Assist the store manager in setting team member goals and coaching/mentoring; Assist in hiring by completing recruiting tasks and interviewing; Process returns and exchanges efficiently and ensure correct refunds and invoicing
