Journeys - - Responsibilities: Assist Store Manager with recruiting, hiring, training, and managing store personnel; Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals; Provide feedback, coaching, and accountability to all employees by enforcing all company policies; Supervise and manage all aspects of daily store operations in Store Manager and Manager In Training's absence; Resolve customer issues effectively
