About the Role
Journeys - - Responsibilities: Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training store personnel; Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals; Supervise daily store operations in Store Manager and Manager In Trainings absence; Manage Loss Prevention practices in Store Manager and Manager In Trainings absence; Resolve customer issues and provide a fun, full service experience to all customers
