Insomnia Cookies - 202 E Street - Responsibilities: Execute core bakery operations including inventory rotation, scheduling support, staffing coordination, and administrative checklists; Maintain adherence to product quality, cleanliness, food safety, and guest experience standards; Support ordering, inventory accuracy, and shrink control; Assist in schedule creation and labor execution to meet operational targets; Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training of new staff; deliver coaching and performance feedback
