Assistant Store Manager

About the Role

Boot Barn - - Responsibilities: Lead partners to foster a service & selling culture and exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.; Review goals with partners, providing coaching, actionable feedback, and recognition of excellence.; Lead by example, being present on the sales floor during peak business hours.; Collaborate with the Store Manager to adapt to changing business needs and procedures; adjust store schedule as needed, train operational staff on new policies and procedures.; Collaborate with the Store Manager to plan and execute successful volume driving events that involve outreach to the local community/market.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years retail supervisory experience
