About the Role
O'Reilly Automotive - - Responsibilities: Lead the store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers; Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom to include team member execution on customer service programs; Work with the store manager to ensure the retail sales counter is adequately staffed, especially during peak retail business hours; Assist the store manager in setting team member goals, providing feedback on goal achievement, coaching/mentoring team members, and making sure team members are staying current on their individual training; Make sure telephone is answered according to company policy
