About the Role
Sally Beauty - - Responsibilities: Assist Store Manager to hire, develop and lead store associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences; Oversee store operations and maintain brand standards including merchandising and Omni-channel practices; Develop strategies and plans to achieve key performance indicators and financial targets through analysis and action; Support the Store Manager in all areas when the Store Manager is not present; Lead and ensure safety, loss prevention, and compliance with policies
