About the Role

Altar'd State - - Responsibilities: Lead and support Store Leader to achieve store goals including guest service, sales objectives, operating expenses, loss prevention, and merchandising presentation.; Co-manage payroll and responsible for store's financial performance; oversee scheduling and back-of-house operations.; Train new associates on operational processes and develop associates through delegation and feedback.; Oversee shipment, product prep, markdowns, inventory/damages, and loss prevention practices.; Complete opening/closing procedures and manage floor sets and visual environment.
