As an Assistant Manager in Retail Operations, you will work closely with the Store Manager to lead a high-performing team focused on exceptional customer service, safety, and operational efficiency. You will help oversee all aspects of the store, including supervising tire and wheel service activities, supporting staff scheduling and training, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring all work is performed according to company standards and safety procedures. In this role, you will engage directly with customers, answer questions about tire and wheel options, provide accurate recommendations based on driving needs and budgets, and ensure that every customer leaves satisfied. You will coach and develop team members on service techniques, sales approaches, and company policies, fostering a culture of teamwork, mutual respect, and accountability. The Assistant Manager will assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling and basic reporting, maintaining a clean, organized, and safe shop and sales floor, and supporting marketing or promotional activities at the store level.
