About the Role
Del Taco - - Responsibilities: Recruit, hire, and retain all restaurant employees in compliance with the employee position report; Ensuring the entire team is certified according to the current training process at all times; Deliver the Brand to everyone the Del Taco Way by executing Del Taco Standards and using our processes and systems 100% of the time; Maintaining the facility and customer areas and ensuring equipment is in operational and safety standards; Achieve or exceed sales and profitability targets in collaboration with the General Manager
