Taco Bell - 8045 Watt Avenue - Responsibilities: Lead by example, training, coaching, and recognizing your team to deliver unforgettable customer experiences; Oversee Team Members' adherence to Shift Excellence responsibilities, maintain high food safety standards, and uphold Core excellence; Assist with Profit & Loss management, including cash control, security procedures, inventory maintenance, and labor management; Collaborate with the Restaurant General Manager in assessing team performance, providing ongoing constructive and positive feedback; Assist in sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Team Members, while driving a culture of equity, inclusion, and belonging
