Penney - - Responsibilities: Observe activities to detect theft, fraud, or suspicious activity and collect investigative evidence; Follows AP Directives and Company policy when making apprehensions and documents all stages; Conduct external interviews with customers and contractors suspected of theft; Report suspected fraud and policy infractions to AP and store leadership and manage records; Proactively identifies potential acts of theft and fraud and assists with investigations and reporting
