About the Role

Penney - - Responsibilities: Observe activities to detect theft, fraud, or suspicious activity and collect investigative evidence; Conduct external interviews with customers and contractors suspected of theft; Report suspected fraud and policy infractions to AP and Store leadership; Create and manage records for apprehension, witness statements, retention of evidence, and disposition of recovered merchandise; Assist with incident investigations and safety-related tasks; support store leadership and safety culture
