About the Role
Protos Security - - Responsibilities: Perform highly visible, uniformed foot patrols throughout retail locations to deter theft and suspicious behavior; Carry a BSIS-approved firearm while on duty, and follow all applicable safety and use-of-force protocols; Follow the five-step observation process before engaging a suspect; Upon completing all five observation steps, safely detain suspects and recover merchandise; Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of all detentions, recoveries, and suspicious activity
