About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and patients by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and/or appropriate emergency response activities in a healthcare location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and/or local authorities when appropriate.; Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions or potential hazards.; Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized access, verify permissions when required, and support compliance with site-specific rules and procedures.; Complete required reports related to patrol activity, incidents, and/or medical or emergency events.
