Accounts Payable Specialist
We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support a busy finance team. This role is well‑suited for someone who enjoys detail‑oriented work, consistency, and working with data in structured processes.
Responsibilities:
- Full‑cycle accounts payable processing
- Analyze payment data and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare reports and support month‑end activities
- Work with Excel and Power BI to manage and analyze data
- Handle high‑volume, repeatable tasks with accuracy and efficiency
Qualifications:
- Accounts Payable experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Solid Excel skills (formulas, lookups, pivots)
- Power BI experience preferred
- Highly organized and detail‑driven
