About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or the public while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting events and communicating with site contacts and/or law enforcement when needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.; Perform armed post duties in accordance with site requirements and Allied Universal guidelines, maintaining professional presence and following prescribed protocols for access control and incident response.; Monitor entrances, restricted areas, and/or assigned checkpoints, verifying credentials and reporting policy violations, maintenance concerns, and other security-related issues to the appropriate personnel.
