About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or the public by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions; Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas, verify credentials when required, and report security-related concerns, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations; Support daily operations by preparing clear incident reports, following post orders, and assisting with directions, escorts, and other customer service-related duties as assigned
