About the Role
American Eagle - - Responsibilities: Drive sales as Leader on Duty by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty.; Analyze reporting and daily trends to make strategic business decisions and drive KPIs.; Lead day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment to keep brand standards.; Recruit and hire strong talent and train/develop team with real-time coaching.; Maintain visual standards across store and ensure Fitting Rooms are guest-ready and compliant with brand standards.
