About the Role
Buckle - 1220 Belk Drive - Responsibilities: Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude, and provide legendary service; Assist with merchandising and operational tasks such as cashiering, merchandise display and pulls, and routine cleaning of facilities; Lead and train Teammates and act as Store Manager in their absence; Recruit, train and develop new Teammates; Execute actions from department calendars and support business goals
