Inspection Cleaning & Restoration Corp - - Responsibilities: Customer Advocacy: Answering calls with empathy and professionalism, gathering vital information to dispatch our crews quickly.; Project Documentation: Managing job files from start to finish, ensuring all photos, notes, and estimates are accurate and uploaded for insurance adjusters.; Financial Support: Assisting with accounts receivable, accounts payable, and billing processes to keep the business running smoothly.; Office Operations: Managing schedules, maintaining office supplies, and providing clerical support to the Management team.; Compliance: Ensuring all files meet the rigorous standards required by our corporate office and insurance partners.
