Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and warmth.
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls; manage the front desk inbox.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
  • Schedule meetings, manage conference room calendars, and assist with office events.
  • Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, scanning, and document preparation.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
  • Order office supplies and coordinate with vendors for office maintenance needs.
  • Assist leadership and staff with special projects, travel arrangements, and general administrative tasks.
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, front desk, or customer‑service role.
  • Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Highly organized, attentive to detail, and comfortable multitasking.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems.
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work on‑site full‑time.
Salary Range
$60,000-$75,000

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and manage front desk; coordinate meetings and conference rooms; assist with travel arrangements.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years administrative/front desk/customer-service experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
