Location: Miami, FL (33178)
Salary Range: $50,000–$65,000 (Depending on Experience)
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to support daily accounting operations for a busy, inventory-driven business. This role focuses heavily on AP processing, vendor management, and accurate financial and inventory-related data entry in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist:
- Process full-cycle Accounts Payable, including invoice review, coding, and payment processing (ACH, checks, wires)
- Maintain vendor accounts and ensure timely, accurate payments
- Reconcile AP aging, bank, and credit card transactions
- Assist with month-end close and general ledger support
- Enter and maintain inventory data and assist with Accounts Receivable-related data entry
- Support inventory tracking and reconciliation in QuickBooks Enterprise
Qualifications:
- 1–2+ years of Accounts Payable or accounting experience preferred
- Strong QuickBooks and Excel skills required
- Experience in inventory-based environments a plus
- Bilingual Spanish/English required
