Overview of the Accounts Payable Specialist:
- Process Accounts Payable invoices - 500+ per month
- Assist with aging report
- Review and handle customer inquiries
- Statements
- 1099's
- Special Accounts Payable projects
Preferred Qualifications of the Accounts Payable Specialist:
- 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience
- Solid MS Excel
- Data entry with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills - verbal and written
- Great punctuality and attendance
- Ability to handle fast paced collaborative team environment environment
