Salary: 120,000 - $140,000 plus bonus & equity

RESPONSIBILITIES of Accounting Manager:

• Technical Marvel: Dive into intricate accounting matters and provide expert guidance on GAAP, IFRS, and other regulatory standards, ensuring our financial practices are top-notch.
• SEC Storyteller: Assist in the preparation and review of SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) that captivate our audience and showcase our financial achievements.
• Collaboration Dynamo: Team up with cross-functional squads, including Legal and Investor Relations, to ensure that our financial reports are not just informative, but influential.
• Leadership Star: Guide and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fueling their growth while fostering a culture of innovation and enthusiasm.
• Streamline Champ: Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes, embracing automation and technology to boost efficiency and precision.
• Regulation Explorer: Stay ahead of the game by keeping tabs on ever-evolving accounting standards and regulatory updates, steering our ship in the right direction.

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED for the Accounting Manager:
We are looking for someone with a solid work ethic, ability to multi-task, prioritize and work efficiently, and desire to build a long-term career. You should be highly organized and detail-oriented, with outstanding analytic and problem-solving abilities. It is also important that you are able to work effectively with minimal oversight, while also functioning well in a team environment.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related filed; CPA designation preferred
• 2-3 years' experience in public accounting
• SEC reporting experience (+) but, not necessary

As the Accounting Manager specializing in Technical Accounting and SEC Reporting, you'll be at the forefront of financial endeavors. You'll wear multiple hats - from deciphering complex accounting puzzles to contributing to the preparation of SEC reports that resonate with investors and stakeholders.
