Key Responsibilities for Accounting Analyst
- Manage accounts payable, vendor reconciliations, and support month-end close activities
- Support WIP reporting, AIA billing, and lien waiver processing across active projects
- Maintain accurate job cost tracking, including budgets, change orders, and project documentation
- Ensure financial data accuracy, compliance, and audit-ready supporting records
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1–3 years of accounting experience within construction or project-based environments
- Strong understanding of job costing, WIP reporting, and construction billing processes
