Overview
We are looking for an experienced iOS Developer to join a client project in the financial services sector (Canada). The role involves building and enhancing mobile banking applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions.
Work Mode
Hybrid (office + remote)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new features using Swift for iOS applications
- Use proper design patterns (MVC, MVVM, etc.) to ensure scalability
- Participate in code reviews and maintain clean, testable code
- Work closely with product owners, testers, UX, and security teams
- Continuously improve app performance and refactor code when needed
Required Skills & Experience
- 0- 5+ years in iOS development with Swift (Objective-C is a plus)
- Hands-on with UIKit and SwiftUI
- Strong understanding of OOP, MVC, MVVM, and iOS architecture
- Experience with Xcode, Git, unit testing frameworks
- Exposure to apps with complex networking requirements
- Knowledge of Agile, UX principles, and accessibility standards
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience in banking or financial applications
Location & Compensation
📍 Ontario, Canada
💰 Salary Range: $98,000 – $120,000 (CAD)
