About the Role
Medical University of South Carolina - - Responsibilities: Installs, maintains, and repairs facility, grounds, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with policies and procedures.; Inspects and operates different types of equipment to include electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems to ensure that all are functioning properly.; Maintains and performs preventive maintenance inspections according to schedule.; Documents maintenance, inspections and services performed.; Accesses facilities risk for safety and informs management of potential risks.
