Workforce Data Analyst
About the Role
A company is looking for a Workforce Data Analyst, 100% Remote. Key Responsibilities Collects and analyzes moderately complex data sets to identify trends and recommend actions for business process improvement Assesses data quality through cleaning, validating, and modeling, while coordinating across functional groups for necessary inputs Prepares reports and presentations of findings to management, keeping leadership informed of trend changes and potential risks Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a similar field 3 years of overall data analysis experience with proven proficiency in Excel and Access Experience in mining, compiling, and analyzing data across multiple systems/programs Strong analytical skills to interpret trends and identify risks and opportunities Experience with SQL reporting
