Job Description Job Description Our client is in need of hiring an experienced Worker's Compensation Paralegal with 1 years of WC experience to join their specialized team of paralegals. This is a hybrid position! Responding candidates must have formal law firm experience handling WC matters and be able to draft pleadings including Claim Petitions, motions, interrogatories, requests for discovery, etc. Additionally, candidates must be able to E-file, perform case management, organize, review and analyze medical records and discovery documents, create settlement documents and much more. The ideal candidate will have a \"can-do\" team spirit, excellent technical and proofreading skills and someone who pays close attention to deadlines. Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 1+ year of workers' compensation paralegal experience
- Formal law firm experience
- Strong proofreading and deadlines awareness
