Workday Test Lead
About the Role
Must have minimum 10+ years’ IT industry experience. With minimum 4 years working as a Lead. Minimum 4+ years of experience in testing Workday implementations, including the development of detailed test plans and comprehensive E2E test cases. Hands-on experience supporting Workday (HCM/Payroll focus required). Deep proficiency in Workday configuration, data structure, security model, and integrations. Experience in designing and coordinating tests for system interfaces and data integrations. Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to find proactive solutions to critical issues. Proven ability to communicate effectively across technical teams and business stakeholders Should have experience translating business requirements into technical solutions and communicate effectively across technical teams and stakeholders.
