About the Role
Hughes Recruiting - - Responsibilities: Perform MIG welding using AWS approved processes, including hardwire and flux core.; Read and follow blueprints, material lists, and job instructions to fabricate parts accurately.; Assemble and weld complex components and sub-assemblies.; Inspect finished work visually and dimensionally to ensure quality standards are met.; Operate fabrication equipment such as grinders, drill presses, brake presses, and related tools.
