Tops Staffing - - Responsibilities: Perform TIG welding on aluminum and steel components; Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and job instructions; Prepare materials for welding including grinding, fitting, and cleaning parts; Inspect welds to ensure quality and accuracy; Use basic measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers
