About the Role
Coca Cola - - Responsibilities: Leads and directs the daily activities of warehouse teammates to ensure the safe and successful completion of all related daily warehouse activities and operations; Verifies and ensures all applicable warehouse processes are followed including, but not limited to, the processes for handling damaged product check-in, etc., while handling any specific areas of responsibility as assigned by the Warehouse Manager and, or Supervisor(s); Trains and leads Warehouse Personnel and evaluates processes striving for continuous improvements; Communicates with Warehouse Management and Warehouse Personnel as it relates to identified process improvements, personnel improvements, quality, Out-of-Stocks (OOS), etc.; Leads and models the safety culture and strive for 100% compliance concerning safety policies and procedures; Assists in interviewing potential candidates and influences and advises management on performance management matters

Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse experience
