My client, a growing and dynamic distributor with 100 years of history, is adding a Warehouse Lead for its new 186,000-square-foot distribution center in Memphis near the airport. Great culture with a strong work-life balance. The company boasts of its long-tenured employees and excellent benefits, including 401k match. The salary is up to $24 Hourly. Hours are 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM. Permanent direct hire. Must have apparel quality control experience

Overview of the Warehouse Lead:

• Promote a cooperative and respectful work environment through clear communication and professional interactions with customers, coworkers, and leadership.
• Support daily warehouse operations—including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, inventory counts, and data entry while operating equipment such as RF scanners and material-handling tools.
• Lead and support warehouse associates by assigning daily responsibilities, monitoring productivity, addressing issues, and providing ongoing guidance and training.
• Train new team members on apparel handling, equipment use, quality standards, and safety practices while setting a strong example through ethical conduct.
• Ensure operational accuracy and compliance by performing quality spot checks, maintaining a safe and organized workplace, reconciling inventory discrepancies, and escalating delays or issues to the Warehouse Supervisor.

Qualifications of the Warehouse Lead:

• Must have leadership experience over a team or projects
• Ability to work 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM in Memphis.
