About the Role
Kellermeyer Bergensons Services - 9201 South Portland Avenue - Responsibilities: Lead a team in a complex task-oriented janitorial operation environment; Provide direct support to the Maintenance Operations Center Team and KBS Field Operations Team by responding efficiently to escalations; Clean rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairways, breakrooms, and other working areas as needed; Follow Janitorial Supervisor Task Process Flowchart; Cover daily operations schedules by splitting shifts amongst the team and shift lead and ensure timely escalation reporting to management
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Experience leading a janitorial/maintenance team
- Ability to respond to escalations
- Knowledge of cleaning protocols and safety
