About the Role
Kellermeyer Bergensons Services - 7555 Airport Way Southwest - Responsibilities: Lead a team in a complex task-oriented janitorial operation environment; Provide direct support to the Maintenance Operations Center Team and KBS Field Operations Team by responding efficiently, timely and accurately to all escalations; Cleans rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairways, breakrooms, and other working areas as needed; Follows Janitorial Supervisor Task Process Flowchart; Covers daily operations schedules by splitting shifts and providing timely escalation reporting procedures
Responsibilities

- Respond to escalations for maintenance ops and field ops
- Cover daily operations schedules and provide escalation reporting
Qualifications
- Experience leading teams in janitorial/maintenance environments
- Ability to follow process flows and escalation procedures
- Strong communication and scheduling skills
