About the Role
Allen Distribution - - Responsibilities: Direct the daily activities of a warehouse or account, including labor scheduling, and proper utilization of space and equipment as directed by Distribution Manager; Coach, train, and direct associates while participating in daily productivity; Plan and schedule distribution services including receiving, storing, shipping, handling returned/damaged goods, maintenance and administrative activities; Develop and maintain a productive work team and ensure current and accurate inventory control; Support safety and security policies and SOPs and drive a culture of safety
