About the Role
Weigel's - 3939 Chapman Highway - Responsibilities: Provide fast, safe, efficient and friendly customer service to guests; Train, develop and direct the team members; maintain sales records; control the flow and distribution of merchandise and supplies; ensure safety and security of team members; Assist in achieving sales and labor goals to maximize sales; Proficient in opening and closing store procedures, daily banking, cash handling and loss prevention; balance, verify, and maintain store funds; Maintain stock levels and ensure accurate and timely ordering of products
