Veterinary Receptionist

Hill Top Animal Hospital provides comprehensive pet care in a welcoming environment. As a trusted veterinarian clinic near Evans, GA, our team works hand-in-hand with our clients to ensure their pets always have access to the very best level of care and attention.

We offer a range of preventive services, from dental care to wellness exams. Our preventative care can help protect our patients from chronic conditions, serious illnesses and infections.

Job duties include, but are not limited to: maintaining the visual appeal of the hospital reception area, greeting and welcoming clients and patients, answering questions and triaging client concerns, answering calls or emails and directing to the appropriate party for resolution, scheduling appointments to maximize efficiency and daily flow, checking in and checking out clients and processing payments. Our receptionists offer friendly emotional support in a compassionate and discreet manner during times of need to our clients and must be comfortable with various medical outcomes.

Must be able to withstand unpleasant odors and noises. May be exposed to bites, scratches, animal waste and potentially contagious diseases. We're looking for: experienced receptionist with a minimum of 1-year veterinary experience preferred, compassionate, calm, team player, multi-tasker and strong communicator, highly organized and possess computer skills, self-starter with the desire to continue to advance your knowledge and skillset.
