In this vital role, you'll be the first point of contact for our pet owners, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience while supporting our veterinary staff in providing exceptional care.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and their pets with a friendly and compassionate demeanor.
- Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up communications efficiently.
- Handle client inquiries and provide information about services and procedures.
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
- Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Utilize practice management software to track client information and appointments.
- Promote client education and awareness of preventive care services.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a veterinary or customer service setting preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for animal welfare.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using computer systems and veterinary software.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
