Veterinarian Receptionist

Join our dedicated team at Hudspeth Animal Hospital as a Veterinarian Receptionist, also known as a Client Satisfaction Specialist! In this vital role, you'll be the first point of contact for our pet owners, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience while supporting our veterinary staff in providing exceptional care.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and their pets with a friendly and compassionate demeanor.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up communications efficiently.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide information about services and procedures.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
  • Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Utilize practice management software to track client information and appointments.
  • Promote client education and awareness of preventive care services.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a veterinary or customer service setting preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for animal welfare.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and veterinary software.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Empathetic and patient demeanor when interacting with clients and pets.
