About the Role
The Bristal Assisted Living - 400 County Line Road - Responsibilities: Cleaning, prepping and washing dishware, silverware, glassware, pots and pans; Sweeping and mopping floors as directed; Daily cleaning of steam kettle, grill, range tops, brazier, stainless steel surfaces, dish racks, dish storage areas, dishwasher and dishwashing area; Assisting in the dining room, removing soiled dishes during meal service and returning them to the kitchen; Ensuring all chemical dispensers are working and cleaning supplies are adequate, following safety equipment and OSHA standards
