Utility Associate

As a Utility Associate, you play a critical role in supporting daily warehouse operations by assisting across multiple areas of the facility to keep production running efficiently.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment throughout the facility
• Move and stage materials using equipment such as Electric Pallet Jacks and stand-up forklifts
• Ensure order fulfillment teams have the supplies needed to meet production goals
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to support daily operations
• Operate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Remain flexible and assist with additional tasks across the facility as needed

• 1 year of experience in warehouse, retail, or distribution preferred, but not required
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and communicate effectively
• Strong teamwork mindset with the ability to work independently
• Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and company policies
• Flexible and adaptable to changing tasks and priorities
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and remain active throughout the shift
