A growing health system in Northwest Indiana, just outside of Chicago, is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist to join its expanding employed Urology program. This is an excellent opportunity to step into strong surgical volume, access robotic technology, and help shape a growing practice within a highly desirable suburban Chicago market.

Opportunity Highlights

• $700,000-$800,000 base salary plus RVU production bonuses
• $50,000 sign-on bonus with relocation assistance
• Robotic surgery available with access to two robotic systems and modern ORs
• Strong surgical volume supported by an established referral base
• Flexible practice structure with clinic and OR mix based on physician preference

Qualifications

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Urology
• Eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
