Palomar Health Medical Group is recruiting a full-time Urologist to join our growing program in beautiful San Diego County, California, within a well-established non-profit health system.

Nonprofit Health System - PSLF Eligible: Qualifies for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program.
High Demand / Immediate Volume: Significant unmet need with strong referral base and opportunity to develop subspecialty focus, including female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery.
Competitive Compensation & Structure: $425K+ guaranteed base, wRVU incentives, sign-on bonus, and partnership track.
Practice Model: Primarily outpatient with strong hospital support, dedicated OR access, established referral network, and collegial staff.
