Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Regular 10 Pay Rate: $63.05 - $68.25

This facility is seeking a Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday - Sunday, 12pm-10:30pm and every other weekend rotation (40-hour week total). Outpatient cases.
• Patients per day: Three Scheduled Patients per hour with two blocks scheduled for Mentor Spots. 20 Minutes per patient for both in person and video. 10 Minutes for Telephone visits. Must be comfortable with telephone visits and video visits but likely only doing face to face.
• Practice setting: Urgent Care.
• Scope: Urgent Care & “Same Day” visits which are episodic one-off issues, along with Fractures, Suturing, X-Rays, Toenail Removal. Must be comfortable with higher acuity cases, as needed. ER Experience a plus but must be experienced in higher acuity settings.
• State Licensure: Must have an active California license.
• Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days.
