URBN - 766 Brackbill Road - Responsibilities: Be Supportive: Help associates feel safe and heard by providing confidential channels for reporting concerns (theft, harassment, unsafe practices); Be Resourceful: Leverage tools (CCTV & access control) to identify risk indicators for potential opportunities for loss to occur; Be Professional: Document thoroughly with clear incident reports and statements; Be Diligent: Monitor and review CCTV for risk signals (unauthorized access, process bypass, unsafe behaviors, product handling anomalies); Be Flexible: Adapt to dynamic operationsshift priorities for hot loads, weather events, carrier delays, or system outages
